4. Without company NOC plots cannot be
transfer to any one.
5. Every member should pay registry
charges at the time of registry as per Govt rules
and regulations.
6. For corner plot 10% extra payment will
be made.
7. Each installment should be made before
the 10th of every month.
8. All the construction on the sight will
be done under the rules and regulations of the
